Improvement:

• Now it is possible to enable tax on service charge. To enable tax on service charge, go to back office -> Admin -> Store configuration -> Charges tab. Mark ‘Apply tax on service charge’ checkbox. If  percentage type service charge is enabled on a specific order type then the tax will be applicable on the service charge. No tax will be applicable on a fixed amount of service charge. (OR- 3867)
