Improvements:

• Miscellaneous  item was not printing to kitchen without selecting printer group. Now it is possible to send miscellaneous item to kitchen without selecting printer group. However, to send miscellaneous item to kitchen, ‘Print to kitchen’ button needs to be selected. (OR-3887)
