🚀 New Features

• New Prepare for Production — New Back Office menu item (Admin → Prepare for Production) that cleans demo/test data before going live. Shown only when the store is in demo mode. Features:
  • Selectively keeps Menus & Pricing, Users & Permissions, Order Types, Customers, Inventory Configuration, and Shop Floor Layout
  • Deletes all transactional data (tickets, transactions, cash drawers, sessions, etc.) in correct dependency order
  • Recreates default admin user (ID 123, PIN 1111) and Take Out order type when those categories are cleared
  • Opens Store Configuration dialog after cleanup for immediate store setup
  • Preserves the current terminal record after cleanup
  • Clears demo mode flag on completion
• New Demo Mode Banner — Login screen shows a prominent yellow banner when the store is running demo data, with a clickable label that launches Prepare for Production (requires admin PIN).
• New Image Upload Optimization — JPEG encoding with binary-search quality algorithm for optimal file size without visible quality loss.

• Fix Login screen — Missing store name display and layout issues resolved.
