  Menu Page Designer — Reorder Categories — Added ▲ / ▼ buttons next to “New Category”. Moving a category swaps it with its neighbor and immediately persists both categories’ sortOrder to match their new positions, without needing to edit sort order by hand.

  Menu Page Designer — Reorder Groups — Same ▲ / ▼ move up/down buttons added next to “New Group”, for reordering menu groups within a category.

🔧 Improvements

• Improve
  Menu Page Designer layout — The Category, Group, and Pages panels now share one consistent layout (titled border + scrollable list + button strip) instead of three different ad-hoc layouts, so the left-hand designer column looks and behaves uniformly.
