Improvements:

• Guest note can be printed on receipt. (OR-1677)
• Pre authorized tickets can now be filtered.
• Improved hourly sales report.

Bug fixes:

• Discount was not showing in session summary report when the report is printed on store closing.
• On the main ordering screen, item column is smaller than price column.
