Why My Payment / Total Button is Grayed out?

“Settle” / “Payment” button is disabled if the terminal is not configured to take payment. You can tell the terminal has a cash drawer to enable it.


Go to back office and in Configuration-> Peripherals check “This terminal has cash drawer”, save and restart.
