New features:

• Added ability to change order type of an order. Now user can change the order type from order view. Clicking on the Order Type button will bring up the ‘select order type’ dialog from where the user can change the order type.

Bug fixes:

• Unnecessary password entry dialog shown while editing Bar tab ticket. (OR-3390)
  
• Modifier translated name did not show in the ‘Select Modifiers’ dialog. (OR-3392)
• Miscellaneous item could be printed to the kitchen even if the printer is not set. (OR-3393)
